Die Wohnung ist mit einem Designbelag in Holzoptik ausgelegt und strahlt eine gemütliche Atmosphäre aus. Die Wohnfläche der ca. 45 m² großen Ferienwohnung verteilt sich auf ein Wohn- / Esszimmer mit offener Küchenzeile, einen Flur, ein separates Schlafzimmer sowie das Badezimmer.

Der Wohnbereich ist mit einer gemütlichen Couch (Schlaffunktion, Dauerschläfer Qualität) versehen, ein Fernseher ist vorhanden - von hier aus haben Sie Zugang zum möblierten und windgeschützten Balkon. Hier können Sie von mittags bis spät abends die Sonne in vollen Zügen genießen. Im Wohn- / Esszimmer befindet sich ebenfalls die Küchenzeile mit Essplatz. Die kleine Küche ist u.a. mit Backofen, 4-Plattenherd, Kaffeemaschine und weiteren Küchengeräten versehen, auch etwas Öl, Pfeffer/Salz und weitere Küchenprodukte stehen bereits für Sie bereit. Das separate Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Boxspringbett und einem großen Kleiderschrank versehen. Ein weiterer Schrank befindet sich im Flur. Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Dusche und WC.

Das Haus Atlantic liegt direkt über der Fußgängerzone und unmittelbar am Grömitzer Kurpark. Kleine Geschäfte befinden sich in kurzer Entfernung ein Friseur (Abschnitt10) und eine Drogerie (Rossmann) befinden sich direkt unten im Haus. Nur ein kleiner Spaziergang durch den Kurpark (ca. 800m) trennen Sie von der Kurpromenade und dem Sandstrand des Ostseebades der Sonnenseite.
